Cary Park was one of the first large communities to be built in West Cary. Central to this pedestrian friendly community is a 28-acre lake and a 2+ mile walking, jogging, and biking trail around it. The Cary Park Pool hosts the Sea Dragons, which were the 2019 Southern League Division 1 Champions. During the summer, the Cary Park pool and swim team bring a lot of fun into the community. Swim meets are on Tuesday and you will see a pool packed with adults and kids cheering loudly. On Friday’s, a different food truck is parked in front of the pool, giving neighbors a break from cooking while enjoying the pool.
