We are Nicole Mudd and Debra Wynne!
Our partnership brings with it a promise, to deliver a superior client experience in real estate in the Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill/ Burlington area.
We will bring more value in all that we do.
All those who have worked with us know that we pour all of my energies into our work. Today, the real estate market is extremely fast-paced and more competitive than ever before! Buyers and sellers depend upon realtors, who are not just experts in their field but who have the commitment to carry through the transaction, with the best results. To ensure attention to detail and provide top-notch services to our clients at all times, we decided to strategically partner with each other. Our vision and goals match, and together, our experience and skill set will lead to a healthy synergy for our customers.
We spend more money out of our own pockets than the typical agent to showcase our listings. Ask us how!
From handymen and painters to mortgage brokers and attorneys, our strong network will help keep the selling and buying process as smooth and trouble-free as possible.
We work seamlessly as a true team. So there is always someone available to take care of every client. You get two Realtors for the price of one!
In addition, we a part of the larger team Premier Agents Network of Fonville Morisey – a Top 10 Team with over $120 million sales in 2020 (sales volume garnered from just 15 agents!!!)
From negotiating offers to repair requests, our focus will be on ensuring the most money in your pocket.
One of us will be the designated lead for each client/transaction (this is determined by a personal sphere, direct referrals & target area, or if you are receiving this or even reach out to me directly). Though I shall be your lead, Debra will still help in her way, to market your listing or strategize your purchase in the background. She will stand by, ready to jump in and take the lead if needed (think vacations, illness, appointment conflict or simply to share insights and offer expertise, from another realtor’s perspective).
Call, text, or email us anytime to discuss your real estate goals! We will get right back to you.
It really depends on the price point of your home and its current condition. It never hurts to add curb appeal and declutter. We suggest would hold off doing any costly improvements as you may not get your money back, depending on the current market. It is always best to contact a qualified realtor. Even though you might “save money” listing your home yourself, studies show that an experienced realtor is more likely to get you top dollar and more than make up for the 6% commission price.
Yes! The market has been very hot right now for sellers and I have some great tips to help you find the home of your dreams. Of course, after you read these tips, contact us to help you find your dream home. Many inexperienced home buyers think they can get a “better deal” not using a buyers agents, however our clients have found again and again that it is worth having a real estate agent in your corner to negotiate not only the purchase price, but also to negotiate repairs
