Southbridge is a small (about 150 homes) and upscale family-friendly neighborhood in West Cary that connects directly to the larger and more diverse Cary Park subdivision. These stately, single-family brick John Weiland homes were built mostly between 2006 and 2010. The residents of Southbridge often join the Cary Park Pool and take advantage of their neighboring communities’ amenities.
The homes are situated on larger than average landscaped and/or wooded lots, many of which back to natural areas and the Greenway trail system. Most homes are large with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and often have finished basements or third floors. They are mostly priced between $720,000 and $850,000.
